William Avellone, founder of Chartered Management, has over thirty years of experience assisting companies and their management. He has served as management consultant, interim CEO, President, and has provided management assistance, M&A, due diligence and officer-level consulting to more than fifty Fortune 1000 companies, other private companies, plus the United States and Japanese governments.
Mr. Avellone has been responsible for numerous successful restructurings of companies, operations improvements, cost reduction, organization restructuring and consolidations in the United States and abroad. His industry experience includes plastic and metal products, health care, industrial and consumer electronics, aerospace and military hardware, consumer goods and financial services. Bill’s functional background encompasses all phases of business operations including acquisitions, turnaround, restructuring and consolidations, and the relocation and design of new manufacturing facilities.
