Patrick has been responsible for a number of system implementation, system assessment, operational improvement, cost reduction, and workflow re-engineering projects throughout his career. He has served as a virtual CIO, provided leadership in turnaround situations, and provided strategic guidance to numerous firms. Patrick’s experience spans multiple functional areas including product development, product management, program and project management, information technology, operations, product and process engineering, industrial engineering, purchasing, marketing, and finance.
